Services

We provide business formation and administrative support services. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment, or regulated financial advice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information provided, including SIC codes, director details, and business activity descriptions. Clients must consult appropriately qualified professionals where specialist advice is required.

Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance based on the selected services or package. Third-party fees (such as Companies House fees) are payable separately and are not included unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties including Companies House, banks, or regulatory bodies.
