    Please email enquiries@13weeks.co.uk with details of your complaint, including your name, contact information, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. 2 Acknowledgement

    We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and assign it for review.

  3. 3 Investigation

    We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and may contact you for additional information if required.

  4. 4 Response

    We will provide a full response to your complaint within fifteen business days of acknowledgement, including any actions we will take.

  5. 5 Escalation

    If you are not satisfied with our response, you can request a review by our senior management team within ten business days of receiving our response.
