This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for services provided by 13 Weeks Business Services.
Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a service before work commences for a full refund of fees paid to us. Once work has begun, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of completion.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel services if required information is not provided, if we identify a conflict of interest, or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service. In such cases, applicable fees will be refunded.
Third-Party Fees
Third-party fees paid to organisations such as Companies House are non-refundable by us. Refunds for third-party fees must be requested directly from the relevant organisation.
How to Request a Refund
Contact enquiries@13weeks.co.uk with your name, service reference, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within ten business days.
